Open Position: Sales Executive – Home Buyer

Position Summary

This is a “sales” position where you operate as a “Home Buyer.” We also refer to this as “Acquisitions.”

You will be meeting with homeowners that have a need to sell their house, where you will assess their needs and negotiate for us to purchase their house.

You will be expected to make the best use of the leads that we generate. You are expected to work with diligence to “make it happen.”

The expectations for this position are high! You will have the opportunity for high potential commission if you are a hungry salesperson that is coachable and is willing to ask the hard questions to solve distressed homeowner problems. How much money you earn is only limited by your skills and willingness to hustle.

You will be working within a team culture that honors God with our work while integrating “Fun” as a core value.

  • This is a full-time position that is paid by Commission and Bonuses only. You will receive a salary during the 60-90 day training period. Earning potential is $200k+ for effective operators.
  • Typical schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, plus some Saturdays

Responsibilities
  • Visit with homeowners who are seeking to sell and negotiate property acquisitions in the Houston area
  • Perform due diligence and analysis of repairs needed
  • Uncover motivation using advanced selling and closing techniques
  • Present offers to homeowners
  • Close and write contracts
  • Follow up on your previous appointments
