Sales Trainee

Position Summary

The role of the Sales Trainee is an entry level position starting as a Customer Service Rep (CSR), with a goal of moving into sales (Buying and Selling Homes). The CSR position begins with screening calls from home sellers in order to schedule our sales team appointments. This will include taking inbound calls from prospects as well as calling out to prospects who have contacted us. As you learn our process of home buying and prove yourself, you may earn the opportunity to move into sales.

  • The pay range is $40-60k annually, with a base hourly wage plus bonuses based on performance
  • This can be Full or Part-time, from one of the following schedules:
    • Full-time, 40 hours weekly
      • Mon-Thur 10:30-4:30pm in office, and 5:30-7:00pm remote from home
      • Fri-9:00-5:30 in office
      • Sat 10:00-2:00pm remote from home
    • Part-time, 34 hours weekly
      • Mon-Thur 12:00-4:30pm in office, and 5:30-7:00pm remote from home
      • Fri-12:00-5:30 in office
      • Sat 10:00-2:00pm remote from home
    • The work schedule is flexible based on your needs. However, your schedule must include working remotely from home on Mon-Thur 5:30-7:00pm and at least some Saturdays 10:00-2:00pm.
  • This is a permanent position with a goal to advance to Sales. If you qualify for the Sales position, we provide training and the opportunity to make $150-300k per year . Typically this transition takes from 6 months to 1 year.
  • Must have good internet at home to accommodate working from home 5:30-7:00 Mon-Thur, and on Saturday
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Health Benefit Plan (after 90 days) and 401k (after Jan 1st)


This position is responsible for but is not limited to:

  • Appointments
    • Inbound/Outbound calls
    • Schedule Appointments
    • Confirm appointments
  • Assist Customer Service Manager
    • Manage Calendars
    • Monitor incoming emails/texts
  • Lead management
    • Maintain data integrity for lead files
    • Set up email and text drips


Summary: You are an ideal candidate for this position if you are outgoing, a good communicator, not afraid of the phone, and decent in computer skills. You are self-motivated, and can work well alone, or with a team. You are not just looking for a J.O.B., but a family-company atmosphere.
